can a lawyer get me medical marijuana?

I am bipolar, ocd (with high anxiety), adhd, and suffer from depression. could a lawyer help me get medical marijuana?

If medical marijuana is legal in your state, you need a prescription. So a doctor not an attorney.

I suppose if it is not legal, then yea a lawyer might be able to help you draft the initiative and organize a campaign to get it legalized

    if its legal in your state all you need is a doc, i don’t think a lawyer can write prescriptions with out being an md to

    Marijuana causes depression, anxiety and paranoia plus it is addictive – I would seriously reconsider your decision. You need a doctor not a lawyer for medical marijuana. If your doctor refuses then there is little or no chance.

    I was addicted to weed for six years – so glad I quit!
