What kind of lawyers get paid the most?

i know what kind there are but, i don’t know how much they get paid and what exactly do they do?!

here are all the kinds of lawyers that there are …

Assaults Lawyer, Bankruptcy Lawyer, Compensation Lawyer, Defense Lawyer, Divorce Lawyer, Fraud Lawyer, Insurance Lawyer, Medical Malpractice Lawyer, Personal Injury Lawyer, Nursing Home Lawyer, Social Security Lawyer, Wrongful Death Lawyer, Tax Lawyer, International Lawyer, Criminal Lawyer, Securities Lawyer, Car Accident Lawyer, Malpractice Lawyer, Software Lawyer.

It would all depend on where they went to law school, where they are working ect. Lawyers at large private firms tend to make the most, whereas government lawyers tend to make less. BTW you have not even come close to naming the different types of lawyers there are and half of the list you have put together could be lumped in together (not sure if there is such a thing as an assaults lawyer, Med mal car accident and wrongful death all fall under torts/personal injury).

    Personal Injury.

    They can get a pile of people to sign on to sue a big company.

    They get paid more if they can drag the case out as long as possible.

    personal injury or wrongful death lawyers… as they almost always get 60% of any amount awarded to their client… off the top.

    all the court costs, experts, filing fees, etc, are taken out of the clients 40%…

    Some of these you listed are the same. Defense Lawyer would be a Criminal Lawyer, Car Accident Lawyer would be a Personal Injury Lawyer. Anyways, I believe Corporate lawyers make the BIG BUCKS!! Then falls into personal injury and criminal defense attorneys
